EPCM Contract

We coordinate and manage the project as your central contact point.

Thereby, key engineering disciplines are provided in-house; depending on customer-specific requirements we integrate proven partner or corresponding specialists.

Despite initial planning phases (conceptual and basic engineering) a major element for successful project realisation is project management integrated throughout the project as well as inter-divisional experience of involved engineers.
Our understanding of general planning or EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management) amongst others includes:

• Engineering (concept, basic and detail engineering, in-house)
• Procurement (in-house), Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
• Site management (installation, IQ, OQ, SAT)
• Project management throughout the various project execution phases
